We are discontinuing our membership program.  Current members please contact us for coupon codes in order to receive your registration discounts.  We are still offering a yearly family Playgroup membership for $50, which gets you playgroup admission for the whole year.  Contact us or purchase at playgroup.  We will also offer a 10% discount on second registration when registering for multiple classes.  Contact us for coupon code prior to registering.
BENEFITS FOR CURRENT MEMBERS:
• Registration discounts*   6-12 week terms: $10; Over 12 weeks: $15; Less than 6 weeks: $5
• 2 FREE Jam n' Dance per year - $30 value (J&D best for kids 4 and under)
• $25 discount on a Birthday Party at CMCJP (limit 1 per membership year)
• FREE Music Playgroup (6 months-3 years) admission for the year (normally $5 per visit)
• Waiving of $15 registration fee for new families.
• Extended giving:  CMCJP will add $10 to each member registration for community fundraisers such as our yearly Halloween singalong.

*membership can be purchased separately below, or along with any class or party registration. Please note, your membership expires one year from purchase date - disregard "start date" on registration.

Membership policies (please read):
All benefits, including Jam n' Dance passes and Birthday party coupon, must be used within your current membership year.
Memberships are non-refundable except in cases of CMCJP canceling a class purchased along with initial membership.
Classes and jam n' dances are enrolled on a first-come-first-served basis; membership does not guarantee space availability.
Memberships are non transferable.
Jam n' Dances cannot be "made up" if reserved and then unattended

*registration discounts are prorated for late registrations, and are not applicable to instrument lessons.
